Workshops For
Parents

Learning Together. Growing Together.

Some of the most powerful growth happens in community. When you realise you are not the only one asking the same questions, carrying the same worries, or trying to figure out the same things, something shifts. You feel less alone, and you start learning in a different way.

That is the heart of our parent workshops.

Across Canada, so many parents are navigating motherhood and early parenting without their extended family nearby. Many are building their community from scratch, meeting other parents through chance, not through the village they always imagined. These workshops are designed to be that village.

Group learning experiences where real conversations happen, practical tools are shared, and connection is built with other parents who genuinely get it.

You were never meant to do this alone. Community is not a luxury. It is part of how we were always meant to raise children.

What The
Workshops Cover

Workshops rotate across topics that matter most to the mothers and caregivers in our community. Current and upcoming themes include:

• Emotional well-being for mothers: refilling your cup without guilt

• Understanding your child’s developmental stages and what to expect

• Building communication at home that supports early language and learning

• Managing mum burnout before it takes over your days

• Setting boundaries as a parent and as a person

• Identity and self-worth through the season of early motherhood

• Parenting across cultures: honouring where you come from while raising
Canadian children

• Finding your community as a new parent in a new place

Who This Is For

Workshops are open to all parents and caregivers, whether you are brand new to motherhood or years in and still looking for more support. They are especially welcoming if one-on-one coaching feels like a big first step and you want to start somewhere that feels lower pressure and more connected.

These sessions are also a natural fit for immigrant and newcomer parents who are navigating early parenthood in Canada for the first time, often without the family network they grew up with. You will find others here who understand that specific kind of loneliness, and who are building something new alongside you.

Each session is kept intentionally small to allow real conversation and genuine connection.

What To Expect

Workshops are led by Karima and are structured to be warm, interactive, and grounded in lived experience. You will come away with something you can actually use, not just information to forget by next week.
